日本的食品接触材料法规依据《食品卫生法》及其修正案制定,自 2020年起引入了针对合成树脂的肯定列表(Positive List, PL)制度,该制度的制定和管理最初由厚生劳动省(MHLW)负责,自 2024年 4月起主要移交至消费者厅(CAA),并由内阁府食品安全委员会(FSCJ)进行风险评估。
